Job interview today at 11. I’m freaking out! So nervous. If you could send good vibes my way I would really appreciate it! :)


As we pulled up to the old beach house, the raging party next door showed me that coming out of my shell was going to be a lot more difficult than I had imagined. The childhood friends I’d played with when I was a kid were all grown up now. The clearing of my dad’s throat showed how much he disapproved of the behavior that was going on right in front of him. Some of the dance moves going on even made me blush. I ducked out of the car quickly, grabbing my things. I wanted to get inside before anybody noticed me.
 I wasn’t fast enough. A deep voice called out my name and my heart started racing once I realized who it was…
